Theresa brings over 20 years of global executive search experience. 

Over the years a consistent theme of Theresa’s work has been her creative problem-solving ability, her fearless, curious approach, and her passion for working with brands who are innovators and bring a strong brand vision.

 

Her search career began at Spencer Stuart in Vienna, then Herbert Mines Associates in New York, before becoming a founding member of Martens & Heads! in 2003.  Here she spent 14 years building her international fashion and luxury network across the US, EMEA and Asia while utilizing her bi-cultural background to develop a truly global industry perspective.

 

Theresa enjoys being a strategic partner to her clients, and builds trust through her diligent approach, humor and keen industry insight.
