Jennifer's career is best divided into 2 parts: Her time spent growing, operating and leading subsidiaries of European lifestyle brands, and her equally well-rounded executive search experience.
On the brand side, Jennifer was exposed to constantly changing businesses at Parfums Nina Ricci, Bally of Switzerland, Wolford and Dyptique. Moving her brands into new channels and business models and adjusting to new ownership, allowed her to gain a first-hand perspective on “businesses in transformation”.
On the executive search side, Jennifer gained early experience at Rene Plessner Associates, before spending 10 years at Martens & Heads!. Having been a client as well as candidate of search firms herself, gives her a 360 degree perspective. She is nurturing to her client brands, knows how to run a business, and is passionate about utilizing her deep knowledge to act as a true consultant to all.
