An American in Paris, Mary has an eclectic, well-rounded career in fashion, which was built on some truly diverse and unique experiences: Editor of Seventeen Magazine in New York; Global Commercial Director for Promostyl’s style bureau out of NY, London and Paris; Executive Fashion & Beauty Editor for British Marie Claire, and last but not least, serving as the buying office for Harvey Nichols, as they expanded throughout the UK, and internationally.

Mary eventually brought her industry credibility to executive search when she joined Martens & Heads!, at its inception, as European consultant. For 16 years, she built a practice recruiting teams for fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands globally, tapping into her deep relationships with creatives, product leaders, marketing, media, communications & commercial professionals, and many other iconic industry figures.

In early 2022, Mary joined the FIND team as European Search Consultant. She is renowned for discovering unique talent that take brands to the next level and she is comfortable crossing cultures & countries. Mary describes the FIND team as “headhunters without borders” and brings her one-of-a-kind industry knowledge and in-depth European network to FIND’s global practice.
